Technical Education Expert's Corner
Firefighters are trained professionals who are willing to take serious risks to serve others, and they are in demand nationwide. GCCC's fire science program will prepare you for national certifications and exams to give you a jump-start to your career. In the classroom, you'll learn more about emergency medical services, fire prevention, and fire control and rescue techniques. And armed with this knowledge, you'll be able face real fires and rescue situations in our live burn tower.
