How Do I access Self Service?
Self-Service and be accessed here at https://selfservice.gcccks.edu/Student/
Username: firstname.lastname
Login Pass: your initial login password is lowercase first initial, upper case last initial and your birthdate (MMDDYYYY). This password should be changed on your first login.
How to Navigate Colleague Self-Service Menus
Main Menu
When you first login to Colleague Self-Service, you are most likely to see a screen like the one below. This is the “HOME” screen.

How Do I print my Schedule/Statement?
First, Log into Self-Service
- Click on Student Accounts
- Click on Account Activity
- Click View Statement
- A PDF will be generated which can be printed
