When you complete the Mathematics program of study at Garden City Community College, you will open doors of opportunity for yourself in a variety of fields.  Garden City Community College offers a full spectrum of math courses, ranging from basic arithmetic to Calculus and Elementary Statistics.  Our math classes are taught by caring instructors with small class sizes that are conducive to learning.  Relevant technology is used where applicable to enhance the learning experience, including online homework and resources, eBooks, and graphing calculators.  The Thomas Saffell Library houses our Comprehensive Learning  Center which provides a critical learning space and tutoring support for most of our math classes, with convenient hours and walk-in or scheduled appointments.

Our Associates Degree program provides students with a broad knowledge base through general education requirements, as well as introduces students to the important concepts and applications of mathematics through math and science courses.  If you enjoy solving problems and using reasoning skills, this is the field for you.
