GCCC Endowment Association Scholarship Auction Set for April 8th
[Garden City, KS] March 21, 2022 -- The Garden City Community College Endowment Association annual scholarship auction
is back in-person for the first time since 2019! "Lost in the 50s" is the theme for
the 2022 GCCC Endowment Auction, which will be held on Friday, April 8, 2022, at 6:30
PM, at the Finney County Exhibition Building, 409 Lake Ave., in Garden City. 
This year's Endowment Auction features both live and silent auctions and a 50/50 cash raffle. All proceeds benefit GCCC students in both academic and technical programs in the form of scholarship funds.
Admission wristbands for the event are $30 per person (must be 21 years or older) until April 4th when the price increases to $35. Wristbands must be purchased in advance and are not available at the door. The wristband purchase includes unlimited beverages (beer, pop, iced tea, and water) and a meal will be available at the event for an additional $15 purchase.
Wristbands are now available at the following Garden City locations:
- GCCC Endowment Association, 801 Campus Dr.
- Klaus Wood Pellets, 401 N. Main St.
- Skeeter's Body Shop, 3104 W. Jones Ave.
- Wharton's for Every Bloomin' Thing, 906 N. 10th St.
- Mary Street IceHouse, 2151 East Mary St.
Wristbands may also be purchased online from the GCCC Endowment website for pick up at the will-call table at the event entrance.
