Garden City Community College to Hold 2023 Commencement on May 5th
[Garden City, KS] March 6, 2023 -- Garden City Community College will hold two commencement ceremonies inside the Dennis Perryman Athletic Complex on Friday, May 5, 2023. Students graduating with an Associate in Applied Science (AAS) or a Certificate will attend the 4 PM ceremony, while students graduating with an Associate in Arts (AA), Associate in Science (AS), or Associate in General Studies (AGS) will attend the 7 PM ceremony.
Holding two ceremonies accommodates the audience size and allows the 103rd graduating class to invite all of their supporters. Each commencement ceremony will include a student speaker, president's message, outstanding student recognition, and the conferring of degrees and certificates.
