2026 VENDOR REGISTRATION
VENDOR REGISTRATION IS FULL AS OF JANUARY 12, 2026.

Artists, creators, collectors, and vendors are invited to showcase their work and merchandise at this one-day celebration of comics, pop culture, and fandom.
Vendors who secure their tables early can take advantage of a special discount:
- Early Bird Rate: $25 per table (if reserved before November 1, 2025)
- Regular Rate: $50 per table (after November 1, 2025)
- Refund Policy: Full refunds are available for cancellations made before February 1, 2026. No refunds will be issued after that date.
How to Reserve Your Spot
- Complete the application below!
- Phone Payments: Call 620-276-9576 or 620-275-3236. Be sure to mention you are paying for Bustercon and indicate the number of tables you are reserving.
- Check Payments: Make checks payable to GCCC with “BusterCon” written in the memo line.

Weather Policy:
We will hold BusterCon rain or shine...but in case of extreme weather in Garden City,
KS, we will contact you ASAP and alert you to the situation. In the event of total
cancellation, a 100% refund will be issued.
