Staying current on your student account helps prevent registration delays and keeps your college journey on track.
How to Pay Your Bill
Students can pay tuition and fees through:
Online Payment
- Log in to myGCCC
- Select the myStudent Account tile.
- Select Make Payment.
- You will be redirected to the TouchNet Payment Center to enter your payment information.
Payment Methods Accepted
GCCC accepts:
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)
- Cash
- Checks
- Money orders

Payment Plans
Students may enroll in a payment plan through myGCCC.
How to Enroll
- Log into myGCCC using your GCCC credentials.
- Select the myStudent Account tile.
- Click Enroll in Payment Plan.
- You will be redirected to the TouchNet Payment Center.
- Select your term and choose the payment plan that works best for you.
Payment plan requirements:
- $25 setup fee
- Required down payment
- Enroll early for more payment plan options
Important:
- Returned or late payments may result in a $20 fee.
- Three late payments may result in removal from the payment plan and account holds.
Authorized Users
Students may grant another person access to view or make payments on their account.
How to Add an Authorized User
- Log in to myGCCC.
- Select My Profile Setup.
- Select Authorized Users.
- Enter the user’s email address and select access permissions.
- Accept the Authorized User Agreement.
The authorized user will receive an email from studentaccounts@gcccks.edu with instructions to complete setup.
Payment Requirements & Account Holds
Students are expected to pay all college financial obligations, including:
- Tuition
- Fees
- Housing
- Food
- Special fees
- Other charges
All financial obligations must be paid in full or on an active payment plan before students can enroll for a future semester or summer session.
Students leaving GCCC with unpaid balances may have:
- Academic records placed on hold
- Transcripts withheld until the account is cleared
Graduating students must clear all outstanding balances before degree documentation will be released.
Financial Aid & Payments
Students using financial aid to pay college costs are responsible for completing all required Financial Aid forms and documentation before registration.
Additional information:
- Financial aid is credited directly to the student account.
- Students may complete a Title IV Authorization form to apply federal financial aid toward other institutional charges.
- Financial aid is not automatically renewable. Students must apply each year.
- FAFSA processing may take 6–8 weeks, so students should apply early.
Students must meet federal eligibility requirements, including:
- Being degree-seeking or enrolled in an eligible certificate program
- Maintaining satisfactory academic progress
- Meeting enrollment requirements for federal loans

If financial aid exceeds institutional charges, remaining funds may be used for books and supplies. Book vouchers are available through the Business Office the week before classes begin.
Student Records Release
To grant someone access to your student records:
- Log in to myGCCC.
- Select the Enrollment Tile.
- Choose Student Records Release.
- Enter the person’s name.
- Select the information they can access.
- Submit your request.
The authorized individual will receive a PIN. They must provide this PIN when contacting the college to verify their identity.
