Policy Statement:

Campus parking lots are patrolled by the GCCC Police Department.  In addition, areas marked as fire zones and handicap parking stalls are patrolled by the Garden City Police Department. 

Procedures:  

Violators parking in fire zones and handicap parking stalls will receive parking violation citations, and fines will be assessed by the City of Garden City.  Drivers not adhering to college parking rules, such as loading zones and personal parking stalls, will receive two warnings.  Upon the third violation, the vehicle will be towed at the owner’s expense.
